Problem

Ordering custom branded merchandise, like 100 shirts with a company logo, normally means bouncing between email threads and external design tools with no shared record of what was requested, designed, or approved.

Solution

Built a sampling and ordering platform: a customer submits their logo, copy, and product specs; a sampler designs the item in their own external design software and uploads the sample into the app tied to that request. The customer approves it or sends it back with comments; once approved, they place a bulk order that's routed straight to the sampler for fulfillment, with dispatch handled externally.
