Problem

Life Line Ambulances, a healthcare provider staffing ambulances for large-scale events, was coordinating event scheduling and billing across disconnected tools, which led to staffing conflicts and financial tracking errors across operations, staffing, and finance teams.

Solution

Built EventTrack, an event operations platform that centralizes scheduling, resource allocation, invoicing, and shift management. Event hosts can request ambulance services, managers assign crews and resources, finance tracks invoicing and payment status, and employees view open shifts and self-register for assignments, all from one shared system.
