Problem

Event planners juggling vendor coordination, like caterers, DJs, and venues, alongside client communication across scattered threads and spreadsheets have no single source of truth for a given event.

Solution

Built an event management platform where planners create an event with title, description, venue, and dates, link it to a client, and build a checklist of every vendor task to track what's done. Planners message clients directly inside the app (like confirming guest counts), and clients get their own view to answer questions and check off checklist items. Attendees can browse a public list of events and view event details.
